Our chef, with over 25 years of expertise honed in both China and the U.S., masterfully handcrafts each plate with care and precision passed down through generations. From hand-rolled dumplings made fresh daily, to mouthwatering Sichuan Wontons, to sizzling Sichuan stir-fries infused with guoqi—the “breath of the wok”—every creation carries a story of tradition, passion, and authenticity. “I have eaten here twice and the quality of the food is so fresh and tasty. The customer service is top notch. Sophia answered the phone the first time I called in an order and her politeness was incredible, and when I arrived there she was just as sweet and authentic as she was during my first interaction with her over the phone. “Our family loves Lee Cafe – this is our go to Chinese restaurant, even though it is an extra 10 minute drive past other restaurants that are closer. We especially love the authentic Sichuan and Cantonese menus, which include dishes that are excellently prepared and we have not found on menus anywhere else in the South Charlotte metro area.“
